Rescue (End of an Era) 1,680 Schooldays

As we reach the end of the chapter of our journey through this maze of k-8 with three soldiers, we need to reflect on some milestones and events of the past decade through the Rescue Union School District.

This journey began as the baton was passed from GW to Obama to Trump and ended with Biden. In 2010,  iPhone 4 was the craze and the brand new tablet called the iPad was introduced to the world. The three little soldiers (Ameer, Emron, and Nelly) became veterans of Lakeview and then Marina and now Nelly has finished and completed this journey with au revoir to Marina.

These coyotitos faced many obstacles such as dad’s brain cancer, chemo, and radiation.  They battled through the rough days of homeschooling during the once-in-a-century virus, Covid.  The grit and resilience that they have shown through these challenges will mold them into tough/hardened adults.

They are battled tested veterans now.
